Basic
This standard package is free and includes:
- Service fee for changes and cancellations of £46The airline may also still charge a fee depending on the fare difference and the conditions of the purchased fare).
- Priority assistance:no priority ( by phone or email, check My Trips).
- Refunds: usual period of time (In the basic service package, the reimbursement times according to fare conditions, depend exclusively on the airline. The client is informed that in article 8.1. of Regulation (CE) 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 11, 2004, the obligations of the airline in relation to involuntary refunds).
Extended
With the extended service package you can benefit from the following advantages:
- Service fee for changes and cancellations:free (no service fee in case of change/cancellation. The airline may also still charge a fee depending on the fare difference and the conditions of the purchased fare.)
- Priority assistance: medium priority ( through an exclusive telephone number or a reply within 24 hours trough My Trips).
- Refunds: usual period of time. (In the extended service package, the reimbursement times according to fare conditions, depend exclusively on the airline. The client is informed that in article 8.1. of Regulation (CE) 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 11, 2004, the obligations of the airline in relation to involuntary refunds).

With our full service package you will receive the best service:
- Service fee for changes and cancellations: free (no service fee in case of change/cancellation. The airline may also still charge a fee depending on the fare difference and the conditions of the purchased fare).
- Priority assistance: maximum priority ( maximum priority on the phone service through an exclusive phone number or a reply within 12 hours throughout My Trips)
- Refunds: refunds managed within a maximum of 3 working days.
