On many flights, except code-share flights, it is possible to reserve seats.

Reserve a seat, after receiving the e-ticket.

Some airlines charge a fee for reserving a seat. The amount of costs per seat varies per airline and itinerary. To reserve your preferred seat we charge an administration fee. If you have purchased special services during reservation, we won’t charge a service fee. The cost of the preferred seat comes on top of that. Please contact us for more information about seat reservation via My Trips.

If you do not reserve a seat, the airline will allocate seats automatically. However, when you check in online you sometimes have the option to change your seat.
